Founded in 2011 inside the Seminole Towne Center Mall, Hair Eye Am Beauty Bar began as a dream rooted in legacy, creativity, and care. From our humble beginnings in the mall, we expanded into a full-service salon in Lake Mary, and today, we proudly serve our clients from a more intimate sanctuary space in Casselberry, Florida.
We specialize in luxury hair services — from versatile sew-ins and DSW™ (Detachable Sew-In Weaves), to custom wigs, braids, locs, and Hair Botox treatments. But what truly sets us apart is our heart: we are more than a beauty bar — we’re a healing space.
Saniece Symone – CEO | Hair Loss Specialist | Visionary Behind Hair Eye Am
With over 30 years behind the chair, Saniece Symone is the visionary and founder of Hair Eye Am. As a third-generation hairstylist, licensed cosmetologist, and certified Hair Loss Specialist, her passion was always rooted in transformation — but her purpose deepened after surviving Stage 4 lymphoma and experiencing hair loss herself.
Now, Saniece leads with a mission of healing, prevention, and restoration. She educates clients on how to maintain the integrity of their hair through healthier styling choices, personalized treatments, and awareness of how stress, illness, or improper techniques can cause hair trauma.
Hair Eye Am is a safe space for every woman — especially those battling alopecia, thyroid issues, iron deficiency, hormonal imbalance, chemo-related hair loss, or trauma from past salon experiences. Saniece believes true beauty begins at the root — and she’s here to help restore both hair and hope.
HeavynLei’ – “Heavenly Hands” in Action!
Meet our youngest and newest rising star at Hair Eye Am Beauty Bar — HeavynLei’, lovingly known as Heavenly Hands. Licensed to braid since the age of 16, this third-generation hairstylist is already making her mark! From flawless braids and loc maintenance to wig installs, lash extensions, and loc extensions, Heavyn brings youthful energy, creativity, and precision to every service.
Though she’s officially been behind the chair for 4+ years, her beauty education started long before that — growing up as the daughter (and apprentice) of owner Saniece Symone, and granddaughter to a legacy of beauty experts. She’s the next generation of Hair Eye Am… and she’s bringing the heat.
She may be young, but her hands?

With over 10 years as a licensed cosmetologist and master braider, she brings both expertise and heart to every client experience.
